I have been with Smiles Hollywood Style Orthodontics since 1999.  It is my job to keep everything in the office running smoothly.  I love working with the patients, the parents and the staff.  There is never a dull moment here and we all have a good time! 

I have lived in Texas for 20 years, but my roots are in Ohio.  My family members are husband Jack and two grown kids Chris and Samantha.  My favorite hobby is my grandbaby Anna!

I began working for Dr. Crise and Dr. Downs in 2004.  I love that I learn something new every day! I love seeing the magic of orthodontics from beginning to end and I am proud to be part of such a dynamic team!  Our patients are the greatest and I love meeting their families.  As a mother of two teenage children, I cannot imagine having my kids go anywhere else for a beautiful smile. 

I was born and raised in Dallas and have been married for 19 years.  My hobbies are watching high school sporting events with my kids and watching the Food Network.

Melanie   Front Desk

I have been meeting and greeting patients as they walk in the office since 2007 and I love it!  I also answer phones, schedule appointments and leave funny appointment reminder messages.  My favorite thing about my job is the people I work with in the office and the patients that I get to know.

 I was born in Texas and have lived in the McKinney area for about 3 years with my husband Mark, and our three teenage sons, Trevor, Collin and Braden, all of who are patients here, receiving their own Hollywood Smiles!

Tiffany K.    Bookkeeper

I recently became a part of the Smiles Hollywood Style Orthodontics family.  I am the financial person in the office and I have always enjoyed working with numbers.  I love the staff here and I can see how much everyone cares about the patients.

 I have always lived in Texas and have been in this area for the past 11 years.  My parents, sister, brother, sister-in-law and I are all Texas Tech Grads!  I love working out at the gym, spending time with family and friends and holiday baking.

I am new to the office, but a long-time McKinney resident.  My husband Tim and I, and our three sons, Tyler, Cameron and Reed moved here from Massachusetts in 1995.  We love the area and the people.  My two older sons have both been through braces with Smiles Hollywood Style Orthodontics and my youngest son is currently a patient.  So it was a smooth transition to join the staff as I felt that they were already friends!

I enjoy spending time with my family, being involved in my kids schools and watching baseball.  Even though I live in Texas now, I will always be a Red Sox fan!

Tiffany H.   Lab Manager

Since 2005 I have been the Certified Dental Technologist for Smiles Hollywood Style Orthodontics.  After graduating from Baylor University and The University of Texas Health Science Center (SA), I moved to Frisco and joined the Smiles Hollywood Style Orthodontic team.  I enjoy being a member of a cohesive orthodontic practice and seeing the impact I can have on each patients smile. 

As an Air Force brat, I have moved all over, but San Antonio is where I call home.  My husband and high school sweetheart is Mark and our cocker spaniel Wrigley is our only child.  When we have time, we love to travel and spend time with our family and friends.

I joined the staff in February of 2007.  My duties include assisting the doctor with patients to assure that each patient has a great experience and helping my co-workers in any way I can.  I pride myself on being a team player!
One of my favorite things about my job is working with the patients, helping them feel at ease while giving them a smile to last a lifetime!

I grew up in Alabama, but have called Texas my home for the last 5 years.  I am married to Doug and have four children and six grandchildren! My husband and I love to spend time at our lake house, fishing and just spending time together.  I also love drawing and being with my kids and grandkids!

I joined the staff in February of 2007 and I consider myself lucky to work with such great kids and I love seeing the transformation of their smiles!  I also know that I am working with doctors who are the best!  Their love for orthodontics is proven with every perfect smile!

I was born in Texas, moved away for a while, but came back here as fast as I could!  I am the middle child of three and I have two yorkies, Rusty and Zoe and a fish. Traveling, shopping, movies and summertime by the pool are my favorite things!

I joined Smiles Hollywood Style Orthodontics in 2006 and as a chairside assistant I help the doctors to create beautiful and healthy smiles! My favorite thing about my job is working with the patients, both children and adults.  I love working with such talented and honest doctors who work cohesively and are filled with honesty, integrity and truly love their lifes work.

I am a native of Boston, Massachusetts, and have lived in this area for 9 years.  My family members are my best friends! My hobbies include lifting weights, walking and skiing.  Every day I thank God for bringing me to Smiles Hollywood Style Orthodontics!

Mindy    Registered Dental Assistant

I have been with Dr. Crise and Dr. Downs since December of 2006 and I am an orthodontic assistant.  I am also responsible for making sure our office is in compliance with OSHA.  I love the people I work with here at Smiles Hollywood Style Orthodontics and I also love our patients!   One of my favorite things about my job is seeing the finished similes once braces are removed.  The doctors are so sweet and so honest!  It is a pleasure to work with them and I can tell how much they care about their work and their patients!

I was born and raised in Texas and live in the country with my wonderful husband Gideon.  No kids yet, but we have our inside dog Missy and four outside dogs, Maci, Buck, Cowboy and Breeze!  I love hair and make-up, shopping and trail riding.

Lauren F.    Registered Dental Assistant

I started working at Smiles Hollywood Style Orthodontics in August of 2008.  My job is in the Records Department where I take impressions of the teeth, as well as X-rays and photographs for the doctors to study when working up new orthodontic cases.  I also make sure the retainers fit after braces have been removed.

One of the greatest things about my job is working with patients of all ages, from 2nd graders to teens, to adults!  I always try to make sure everyone has a great visit!

I have lived in Texas my whole life and am very close to my entire family: parents, Tom and Julie, sister Kristen, brother Lane and my little niece Kealeigh.I recently welcomed my first daughter Raegan!  My hobbies are shopping, spending time with my  family and friends, four-wheeling, riding horses and all sports!
